Purpose for using it
Personal data is being collected in order to set up and manage your e-learning account, manage your current and future learning content and maintain, develop and upgrade the platform going forward.
Lawful basis
There is a legitimate interest to collect and use your data for this system because the system requires your data for it to work. We do not ask for your consent to use your data to run this system unless we are wanting to send out a marketing mail or similar.
Who we share it with
We only share the data with those that we have to/need to. This includes system administrators, user employers.
Why we share it with them
We share data to manage and develop the elearning platform, online learning content and user accounts and reporting to meet contractual requirements.

Transfer of data to another country and safeguards in place
Retention Period
The data will not be kept any longer than it has to. Users are automatically deleted after 24 months of inactivity or end of contract, whichever is sooner.
Exercising your rights
You have the right to ask us to amend or delete your data as well transfer or limit its use. You also have the right to request a review of an automated decision where you think this is wrong.
Each request will be considered individually. Where we are required to keep your data by law we may be unable to action your request. In all circumstances we will explain our decision making in writing to you.
